It also records your consent, an application reference and submission time. It does not request medical records, payment details or progress photos.

Why it is collected

Alex uses these details to review whether coaching is a suitable fit and to contact you about your application. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or paid service.

Where it goes

Applications are saved in this website’s database and available through a protected coach inbox. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate and store information. Service providers may process information outside Australia. Alex may use your email address to follow up directly.

Your choices

You can contact Alex to ask about, correct or request deletion of your application. Avoid including sensitive medical information in the free-text answers. If coaching proceeds, any required health screening is arranged separately.

Instagram, TikTok and your email service operate under their own privacy practices. Coach sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. The site does not include advertising pixels or marketing tracking in this version.
